Please Note: When you submit your online registration you will be contacted within 24-48 hours by our staff member. In the follow up email you will be asked to submit your paper( abstract) and a short bio. If your paper is accepted, the registration fees must be paid in USD by: April 15 , 2008.

CONDITIONS

Early registration will be confirmed if the Registration Form and the payment are received on or before April 15, 2008.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

If your completed Registration Form and payment or proof of payment is received before April 5, 2008, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration by fax or e-mail. Registration Forms received after April 5, 2008 will not be handled and confirmed. The participant must register on-site in Bangkok.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS, NAME CHANGES

CASA must be notified in writing of a cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

	Cancellations before April 5, 2008 -> full refund of the registration fee less a handling fee of 50 USD
	Cancellations after April 5, 2008 -> no refund

G-CASA reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 30 USD at any name change of the registration.

Registration fees must be paid in USD by: April 15, 2008
